Barrique is a Wonderful Italian restaurant in Hin Kong run by Chef/Owner Toto and his wife Ewa, who is an amazingly friendly hostess.
The food here is really, really good. Chef Toto takes pride in using the freshest ingredients available in preparing his well thought out and inspired dishes. Chef Toto is a very talented chef of Italian origin and has worked many years in some of the best restaurants and hotels in Italy and Europe. Chef Toto has honed his craft and culinary abilities well and it shows in all the dishes he prepares. Everything I’ve had here has been delicious and the service, overseen by wife, partner and hostess Awa, is always very friendly, attentive and welcoming. More than just your typical Italian fare, Chef Toto’s culinary abilities show in his outstanding preparations of beef, lamb and fish as well.
Try his handmade Raviolis, pastas, Lasagna to die for, Pizza’s are great, Salads amazing, Lamb, succulent, heck, it’s all good…….
