This is a lovely beach, quiet and beautiful, located on the North side of the island. It’s a bit tricky to get to but easily done. You can either drive down to the Head Son Resort, which by the way is lovely in and of itself. Had Son Resort has a beautiful restaurant with magnificent views of the water, the sunset and the beach. Part of the restaurant is built on a rock point and you can sip cocktails or have something to eat. While you’re waiting for your food, jump off the cliff into the clear water below and easily walk up their steps back to your table.
Haad Son beach is a crescent beach, wonderful to watch sunsets at and has descent reefs for your snorkeling pleasure.
There are a couple of beach side restaurants that offer beers, cold Coconuts, shakes and light food.
