Great place, Bubba’s! Two locations to choose from, Baan Tai is their original shop and their second location is in Haad Yao, both are really good. The owner, Robin has a wonderful philosophy, in that he loves to give credit to his staff and suppliers for the wonderful products he both sources and creates with his staff. This is something unique, refreshing and wonderful in this crazy food and beverage business.
The Haad Yao location is where they roast coffee. Budda’s has one of the largest coffee roasting facilities on Koh Phangan and they do it well. They source their own coffee beans from the North of Thailand, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Tal Provinces.
All their food is delicious and fresh. Lots of Brunch like items on the menu, from Avocado Toast, to Potato Hash, all yum! Their Eggs Benedict or Royale (with smoked Salmon) are delicious. All Egg dishes are made with Free Range Eggs here, a big plus!
They have a good chicken salad and their Ruben is also scrumptious.
